• Elections
  • Jennilee nominated Tiffanie for secretary. Seconded by Jennifer.  Unanimous nomination.
  • Jennilee nominated Rita for Chair, seconded by Jennifer. Unanimous nomination.
  • Rita nominated Heather for vice chair. Seconded by Jennifer. Unanimous nomination.

• Title one plan and budget review-presented by Tana Chipp and Brent Hogan
  • Previous year test scores were reviewed and explained
  • School demographics were discussed
  • Title 1 Goals were reviewed and explained
  • Proposed budget was reviewed and explained
  • Jennilee moved to accept the Title one plan and budget, seconded by Jennifer. Unanimous nomination.

• Trustland budget review-presented by Brent Hogan
  • Spending for Trustlands was discussed. This includes budget for staff, aides, technology, Leader In Me, training and materials

• TSSA budget review
  • TSSA budget reviewed. Very similar to Trustland Budget

• Review plan

• Signature form

Jennilee moved that we adjourn the meeting. Jennifer seconded the motion. 

Next meetings will be December 2nd and March 3rd at 6:00 in the conference room.
