Roy Rams Rock!

TSSA Plan 2020-2021

We've chosen the Goodie Factory as our fundraiser platform this year! They sell popcorn, chocolates, snacks, candy, cheese and sausage.

Prices are affordable and the most convenient part is they ship out the goods directly to your customers!

Our fundraiser is a little different this year: It will all be online! This means no no door to door sales, contact free delivery and most importantly, this allows you to reach out to family and friends throughout the country to help support your student.

Please join our fundraiser online by registering and creating your own unique join link to invite friends and family to shop. Visit: http://poppinpopcornonline.com and select "REGISTER" under Participants (in the blue box) and enter code CHZKYU to connect to our school fundraiser. One you register, you can share your link online, text close friends and family and you can even invite others to participate through email. Prizes will be awarded based on the number of items that are sold. You will keep track of all that by using the “prizes” tab on your seller dashboard.

The last day for the fundraiser is Monday, November 23rd.

Good luck and have fun selling!

Let your child have a break after returning home from school before starting homework. Make it fun! If you or your child gets frustrated stop.

Tips for Parents

At Roy Elementary School we make an ongoing effort to help every student meet grade level proficiency in reading. All students receive grade level reading instruction in the classroom. If a student shows a need for additional support, through assessment and classroom observation, that student may be included in a reading intervention program. These programs are flexible, meaning students may move in and out of groups throughout the year. The Reading Specialist, Para-Professional, teacher, or Read Today tutor may offer intervention instruction.

If you have any questions about these intervention groups, please contact your child’s teacher or Mrs. Kinney, the reading specialist.
